I recently discovered Sobel Skin Rx skincare while looking through Sephora’s new arrivals section. Dr. Sobel is a well-known Manhattan dermatologist and previously founded DDF (Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula). Sobel Skin Rx appears to be his newest venture. The retinol treatment and stem cell day cream particularly caught my eye. Are these products worth trying out?

My favorite anti-aging ingredient: Sunscreen. IMPORTANT: Always apply enough to achieve the SPF on the label. That means two milligrams of sunscreen per square centimeter of skin, which translates to approximately two tablespoons to all exposed areas of the face and body. A 1/4 teaspoon is needed to cover your face.
