Face Yoga For Forehead Wrinkles | 10min4beauty

I want to show you a couple of exercises. The first one is for lifting and locking the muscle into place; we’re kind of pulling the skin up thus removing the strain it has on the eyes and brows. By the way, in 10min4 beauty, our main focus is on the forehead. Eye area and brows are easier to work on when the forehead is all nice and tight and not putting the extra weight on these gentle areas.

The second exercise is for muscle relaxation since the center part of the forehead muscle is constantly exposed to tension. And this, depending on the facial habits, creates brow lines, horizontal wrinkles, and wrinkles on the nose bridge. You need to learn to relax your forehead.
